Hi, I’m Susana, a proud mom of three amazing kids. I was born in Ecuador and moved to New York when I was five. After starting my college journey in psychology, I pivoted to public accounting, earning my degree from Mercy College in New York. I spent over a decade working at a Manhattan CPA firm, gaining experience in bookkeeping, payroll, auditing, and preparing both individual and complex business tax returns, including international reporting. After having my two oldest kids, I transitioned to working from home, gradually growing a private practice. In 2019, we moved to Florida, and during the pandemic, I joined a wonderful all-female CPA firm in Montana, which gave me invaluable experience. After they sold, I took the leap to continue to grow my own business, managing a diverse portfolio of clients. Today, I've combined my accounting experience with my passion for entrepreneurship to create Youth CEO Academy, helping young entrepreneurs build real business skills that will serve them for life. Alongside my husband, Michael Campo, a talented content creator and filmmaker, and my amazing kids, we are building a future where young minds lead with confidence. I’m excited for what’s ahead!
